INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS:
Discover the leader in you! High school students from across the Dayton region are invited to explore the true meaning of leadership, guided by community partners. No previous leadership experience required! Students will choose interactive breakout sessions that fit their interests and goals, connect with peers, and learn valuable leadership skills for any path they choose in the future.
Session Topics Include -
- Purpose-Driven Leadership
- You Have the Leader in You
- What’s RIGHT with you?
- How to act with Integrity and Why Courage is Key
- Emotional Intelligence: Why it’s more important than IQ!
- Goal Setting for Leaders

- Clarity in Leadership: Using project management skills to increase leadership effectiveness
- Discovering the Awesomeness of Leadership in You!

This event is in-person on a weekday. Please talk to your school about your attendance policy. School notes will be provided at the conference. For DRSS students, this is a Plan E Day.
