PRESS RELEASE:

Kettering OH, 9/26/22 - The Dayton Regional STEM School will host its annual College and Career Fair on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 from 10:30am-2:30pm. Fifty organizations and over one hundred professionals from across the Dayton region are registered to attend this year's event. All 750 STEM students in grades 6-12 will participate in the fair and explore the many opportunities for their futures.

This year's fair is presented by our generous sponsoring partners, including Wright State University, Miami University, and others listed below.

The College and Career Fair is part of a robust career exploration program required for all STEM students, which includes job shadowing, internships, and more. The school values early exposure to career opportunities and building professional soft skills through frequent and meaningful interactions with industry partners.

ABOUT US:
Founded in 2009, the Dayton Regional STEM School is a public independent STEM school located in Kettering, Ohio. The school serves students in grades 6-12, with a total enrollment of 750 from 8 counties and 35 districts across the region. Students engage in innovative STEM programming, project-based learning, career exploration, and real-world problem-solving with the help of industry professionals from the Dayton community and beyond.
